Healing Is Not Just Mental, It Is Energetic and Embodied
In many modern approaches to healing, the focus is placed on the mind, understanding patterns, reframing thoughts, or processing experiences through conversation.
While this can be helpful, it is only one layer. The body holds memory. The nervous system holds response. The energetic field holds what has not yet been released.
Experiences, especially those tied to stress, trauma, or emotional intensity, do not simply disappear once we understand them. They can remain stored in the body as tension, fatigue, or dysregulation, and in the energy field as heaviness or imbalance. Healing, then, is not about fixing something that is broken.
It is about creating space for the body and energy to release what it has been holding.
